Pick up the car on the 5th of Feb. Still had the dings in the fender and rear Quarter that John said he would repair, Took back on the 6th, john said he can't remember all the promises he makes and should remind him when I drop off the Car. I called to confirm appt date and time, it took for ever who ever was looking for it over 10 Minutes to confirm. Then the morning I dropped vehicle off my paperwork could not be found, shuffled thru a bunch of papers to new avail, had to print blank form. Vehicle was done on time, appears fixed as it should be, although highly disappointed the vehicle did not shine it was haphazardly washed looked horrible. Hope what is under the fender and behind the light is better than outside. Disappointed. If you are in that big of a push to get it out because the estimated time wasn’t long enough call the customer and say you need it another day. 234-2528 if questions.
