Great costumer service! (Communication). Everyone was very friendly . Loved the photos that were sent. Truck looks really good. The only bad thing is that Kent is all business and charged to do every little thing. We asked to have both new tires on the front, because we all know that just makes sense. But wouldn't do it out of kindness and appreciateing us bringing our business to Kent. But for a fee.... that was approximately 9,000 of business you got minus parts. You might concider treating your customers like family, not a numbers (). Like small businesses do. You would be surprised at appreciation you would get and return business. Anyway, that's for taking care of us and doing a good job. It was nice doing business with you. Sincerely, the Boldings
