First, the wait time for my repairs exceeded 8 months. Second, when asked to come back the next day at 7, there was nobody there. Lastly, when I checked under my hood there was a missing bolt. Overall, no cumnication or work done properly and in a timely manner. My hood is still not set properly and will cost me to repair something you should have done.

All Magic was a recommended repair shop from Tesla. I was worried about the color match on our 2022 Tesla Y with PMNR Red Tricoat color. They did an excellent job matching the factory paint job. Bryan was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend All Magic to anyone needing body repairs????

Yes I am satisfied, but work is not complete just yet, and the underwriter, Brian is aware of it. Waiting on a replacement interior door panel, none were available when all other work was completed, and driver door window needs to be tinted properly, was tinted with temporary film, which is hard to see out of.

I asked to see the original bumper that was replaced, and staff would not show it or did not know where it was. This leads me to believe that I was charged for a new bumper where no new bumper was purchased, and the original bumper was repainted and reinstalled.
