I had the experience of speaking with both brothers and they were so professional and clear in explaining to me what needed to be done to repair the damage to my HRV after it had been rear-ended. I received constant messages updating the stage of repair my vehicle was at; this really helped in alleviating some of the stress in going through this ordeal.
