On the way to drop off my truck the driver’s window came off the track. I told the employees just to secure the window up and I would fix it myself after the body work was completed. The service crew put the window back it it’s track which I did not authorize them to do and I was charged $63 because of it. The body repair is amazing but I did not appreciate being charged for something that I did not authorize.
