Finest customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Your staff was professional from start to finish from the person inside at the counter to the person who walked me through the original process.

Your service workers let our battery die. It was re-charged but left us with an uneasy feeling about the car.
Also, Famers advised you that our deductible had been reduced to $300 but we were charged $****,000.
