Excellent service and customer care from Chris Carter. When I first called about my car accident and repair, he immediately aked me if I was okay. Very strong and positive first impression of customer care. Of the 4 estimates from Bankers,Lakes Body Shop and Hi Tech collision on 6th, Chris was the most thorough inspecting the car. Repairs were done earlier than expected, estimate of cost was only a few dollars more than quoted, car was washed and vacuumed too. Great service it exceeded my expectations. I will always use Service King (Auburn) and refer them to anyone who wants fabulous service and excellent repairs.

Excellent experience to help get through an unfortunate event (hit & run accident). Kirmac was the very best part of the entire ordeal.
