The repair itself was perfect. I felt four days to replace the bumper was too long. I had a car repaired a few years ago at your body shop and they replaced the bumper and had my car two days. I didn’t really like the computer text messages either. They didn’t offer enough information and they weren’t accurate.
I will return to your body shop if I ever need repairs again as I feel you have done great work on both occasions. The employees are very professional and courteous.
