Right up until yesterday I was told that my car would be ready on the 10th. I was totally unprepared when Enterprise called me and said you have to turn your car in today. the 3rd, because your car is ready at service king. It couldn't have happened at a worse time!!!!

They did not listen to me as I requested more than one service. I was very disappointed they forgot my second request as I do not have time to bring my car back in for service for a second time. Also,!for the small amount of damage and repair, it should next take a week to complete the job.
