I had a wonderful expierence with Craft, have taken numerous cars there to be repaired, Ashley was amazing! But I do have to say that it was a problem to get in touch with anyone past the secretary that answers the phone. She’s not very helpful. I felt like she is a Pitt Bull standing at a front door. Left several messages with her to get in touch with Ashley and they were never received. I had to get in touch with my insurance agent for them to call to get in touch with someone and then Ashley called me directly!

I need to have you look at the front again. There appears to be jagged edges or paint lines on the grill. I just need this to be smoothed out. Otherwise it looks pretty good. I was under the impression that the front bumper would be replaced based on the initial estimate we had done. Did Allstate refuse to do this ?
