From the moment I called to make an appointment, communications were excellent and made me feel very comfortable. I felt I was placing myself in professional, caring hands. Joy handled coordination for repair, insurance, car rental, and auto glass people to come in to replace my windshield while the car was in their shop. Joseph Sanchez coordinated the repairs and was kind enough to text updates daily. I really appreciated this aspect! I was thrilled with the work and happy to receive my completed car days earlier than I expected.
