The front end is out of alignment. This was brought to your attention twice and to this date there has not been a response.
Do I need to contact Allstate?
While the body work was satisfactory the response to the alignment issue has not been satisfactory and is making me reconsider my previous good opinion of Roslund.
The manner and speed in which the front end alignment is handle will determine whether I give a good report to my friends and associates that may need body work in the future.
My nephew who recommended Roslund to me is very disappointed and advised that he does not intend to recommend you again. I advised him to wait to see if and how you respond before making that the decision.
Your prompt response is needed and will be appreciated.
