I will not use Rusell Collision Center again to work on any of my vehicles and even advise anyone I know not to as well. I've used this repair shop twice since December and both times by car was returned having not been completed.

my car was supposed to get a diagnostic done on it before leaving your shop. after I left all of my lights are back on again. the check engine light CVS light and the traction control light. I was then told a diagnostic test done and there was a code 6 on it but they didn't know what it was so nothing was done with the information they found. no one told me I still need to take my car to service to find out what that code ment

Appreciated what seemed to be a seamless interaction with my car insurance carrier, State Farm and the Collision Center. Appreciated the frequent email updates on the status of my car. And bottom line: really excellent repair work, as far as I can determine! One comment; the Internet seems to be filled with obsolete web pages about your dealership which have out-of-date phone numbers. Not sure if this is in your control (probably not) but perhaps someone at the dealership could take a look at this.

Price quoted was not price required to be paid and I was the one who had to draw attention to the discrepancy. The charge was for prep requirement before painting. Seems it would be included in the the painting estimate if it is always a required step in the process.

It took 24 days to repair just a mirror. It is too long. Though insurance made a mistake in work assignment (passenger side instead of driver side mirror), it was obvious. However, the estimator proceeded to make an estimation on the wrong side, without contacting either insurance or me. Another delay was a wrong mirror type was ordered. Furthermore, even when the correct mirror was ordered, the work was completed two days after the estimated completion date. In these series of delays, communication was poor, I had to call many times to find out the status. There was also delay at front desk, the person at front desk was not well organized, and seemed too busy. Only nice thing was that when I picked up my car, someone kindly offered help to find my car and escorted me to it.

The service was bad: it took them **** month to repair a headlight and front bumper. The excuse was problem getting the right parts. Ordering the wrong ones 3 times on the row. After, the bumper was tipped and scratched, they left the HID on one side and replaced the other side with normal lights(uneven). They messed up my window by puting oil or some liquid, won't come off. They stole my phone charger. And when I complained while picking my car, the only thing they said they can do is I have to leave the car who knows for how long again to fix the bumper but they won't touch the headlights, they will stay as they are. Overall I am pissed and so unsatisfied. I took my car and left because I can't afford staying without a car for more days. Thank you Russell!!!!
