When I picked up my vehicle, I was driving down the road and noticed that the hood was not latched. the passenger side of the vehicle has scratches on the lower panels that were not there previously. Someone attempted to be buff out. The scratches are visible and the buffed paint is hazy

The only suggestion I might make would be to conduct a more thorough inspection prior to releasing any car. To have one defect was poor, but two u

Upon pickup the work done appears to be very good. Work took one day longer than originally estimated which was no problem. Car was washed and clean for pickup which was very nice.
