****) The driver's side mirror was not repaired;
2) after bringing #**** to Richard's attention, he apologized and asked if it would be OK if the driver's side mirror's cap be removed for repair. He will call in a couple of days. I agreed, so he just popped it off. Later, at a traffic intersection, I noticed a "clip" stuck on the under side of the mirror. After removing it, it appeared to have been a part of the cap. At home, I called Richard, who said he'll take care of it; and
3) Next day, voice message: Car ready, i.e., diver's side mirror cap is ready. So, I brought the car to Global and gave Richard the piece that broke off the bottom of the cap. He drove my car to the back, and then, within 10-15 minutes, he brought it back to me. I asked if the cap was the same one that he removed yesterday, and he said it is. The piece that broke off was glued back. He said it (piece breaks off the cap) happens all the time. That being so, the caps paint job looks good.

There is cosmetic damage that was not there prior to the accident. The paint job was ok. There are little bumps where it feels like dust or dirt got trapped. When I left the shop. Soon after the handle to my back door fell off and I had to return and wait while that was fixed. The car took longer than was promised originally. I ended up spending so much money out of pocket for a rental car due yo it being over the 30 days my insurance allowed. I am not really happy and definitely not satisfied. This made the whole experience of getting hit from behind wires having to deal with this and having my car returned not to my satisfaction but I had no more time to wait and no more money to waste on a rental car.
