Moody's pulled a bait and switch on me.. had my car for a ridiculous amount of time due to this - I was under tremendous stress while trying to run my non profit, Santa's Cause, which has served DHHS **** children and York County families in need for 16 years with Christmas gifts. All very unnecessary and completely unprofessional - and for lack of better word but an accurate one - SHADY. The young Man, Jerod Mancuso, was pleasant and I have nothing negative to say about him personally - I think he got caught up in unsavory practices by your company. Call me if you want me to elaborate - because I certainly will. I will never return to Moody's nor will I recommend them to anyone. Robin D
