Ken McBreairty did every thing he could to make this accident as painless as possible. He took the car back into the shop after I found there was a tire sensor problem. He called in a specialist to locate the problem and found it was not the tire that was involved with the crash but the back tire and had it repaired anyway. He had your company pay for my rental, while the car was repaired. That is customer service that goes far above customer satisfaction. I was terrified by this accident, hitting an 18 wheeler carrying gasoline is not fun. I wasn't sure if my insurance was going to cover everything. Working with Ken made this experience easier. You are lucky to have him as a employee , he is a people person and does very well at his job. I am going to reach out to Allstate and see if they can help with the rental, you should not have to pay for that expense. Sincerely, Maggie Quint

The individuals I communicated with were pleasant and professional and I appreciated having my car worked on in a timely manner. The issue which stained my experience was the gross miscalculation of cost and the failure to consider a primary request: a safe car which would pass inspection. The repairs were 40% higher than quoted, my car would not pass inspection because of an entire exhaust system which needed to be replaced because of holes, broken brackets, etc AND my car has play in the wheel, making driving worrisome.

The gentleman I worked with both for an estimate and throughout the repair process was quite rude, crass and abrupt, actually raising his voice to me a couple of times when I was simply asking questions. He also kept promising that my vehicle would be ‘ready tomorrow’ and it wasn’t (this went on for six days!). I’ve already received a message from the manager at Moody’s, stating they’ve spoken to him. As much as I appreciated that call, I will never use Moody’s again as long as that gentleman is there. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
