****. Front office staff is polite, professional , and knowledgeable. 2. I had a question, and the gentleman who repaired my Mercedes was immediately available to address it . His name was Denton , and he , too , was cordial and knowledgeable . 3. The gentleman who detailed my car did a superior job! My Mercedes was spotless, inside and out! When I went to express my gratitude and offered him a 10.00 tip, he smiled and said : " M'am thank you but you do not have to tip me. I am just doing my job. They pay me to do this and I do my best.". It was clear that he takes great pride in his job and he loves it! My vehicle is immaculate, inside and out! I am overjoyed! I think that the length of time it took to repair the car was do to team issues. Tuesday I was promised the car would be ready, after not hearing from anyone it took many phone calls that went unanswered, left several messages saying I needed someone to call me back. I even questioned the operator at the dealership if the center was opened and if any one was there working. I can go on, I think some work needs to be done to improve service.
