The service received was great. The car was very nicely detailed when I picked it up. The issue I have is with the color match that I voiced concerns over when I spoke with the collision expert. I had the bumper replaced before and the other repair shop did have difficulty matching the color to the extent of having to contact Nissan for advice. I clearly explained this prior to having the work done. I am aware that the bumper is made of a different material than the car body and pearl white is difficult to match. The color difference can been seen from 100 yards away and is quite severe. The bumper looks bright white and the rest of the car is more of an off white, clearly a big difference and leaving me very disappointed in the color match. I did not review immediately because I had hoped it wasn’t as severe a color difference as I originally thought but it is.

Adam was great from my first interaction with him. When he found out my car was not drivable he did everything he could to get things started with my car. The end result was great, car looks great. I would also add that the total was more than expected and Colussy dealt with the insurance company directly. I would recommend Colussy collision center.
