I understand that sometimes things don't always go as expected. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than anticipated, which is completely fine. In no way am I upset about this. However, I am upset that not one time was I personally called to be informed that my completion date was pushed back.

The tire that was replaced on my vehicle is not correct. This was not due to any fault of Knox Ford. Vehicle was sent to Big M Chevrolet and I'm not exactly sure who ordered the tire. However, Justin was very helpful in gettif the correct tire installed as replacing the incorrect one. Hopefully the job will get done quickly.
