Phones were not answered, I got two different stories as to why I couldn't leave my car when it was convenient to me...first that USAA wouldn't pay for rental if the job started on Friday and was completed on Monday. And second I couldn't leave my car because actually there was no mechanic on!! No one knew the tel number for Enterprise two were given with excuses as to why no one answered. Was told my car was ready and could drop off rental at noon and pick mine up...Enterprise was closed!! Right hand does not know what the left is doing!

I cannot say enough about James in your collusion department. His customer service takes customer service to a whole other level. He was so kind and helpful. Every employee I had any contact with treated me with such respect. They also seemed happy to help me. That is rare. I also want to express how pleasant is was to work with Britney the Enterprise Rental Agent. What a great employee they have working for them. Again just so kind and pleasant to handle my rental. I have already told several friends, if you need repairs on your car go to Mossy Motord. I also want USAA to know what a great chioice they made to send me to your business. Honestly, James was so nice I feel like I could call him if I needed help with an auto question. Yes, I think you can safely say I am a satisfied customer.

100% satisfied with the work done. However silly, I'm a little unsettled, because the change purse of quarters I keep for parking meters was emptied when my car was returned. There was only 5-10 of quarters in the car, but it's a bit unsettling.
