I paid $500 cash for deductible because your Co refused to take credit card and this is still difficult accept for me, I am thinking about to send letter to USAA to ask why USAA chosen Co dont accept credit card paynent for deductible.
The members of USAA are active milutary/retired military and their family and they are one of most trustable group in this society .
Cant trust their credit card ? Most of them also hold USAA credit card.
My husband passed away in 2009 and he was Air Force officer and I am a USAA member since 1977 which is for 41 years.
For the first time I was refused to use my credit card in this country and its still uneasy feeling.
I am a korean-Anerican and 66 year old
and didnt have problem to pay CASH $500 but wonder why knight body shop refused to accept my credit ?
I will take time and I may send letter to ask USAA " why USAA chosen Co refuse to take credit card ? " .
