The car is broken in a way it was not prior. In addition the repairs already done exceed the value of the car (per Kelly blue book) which I stated before .. so now I have a broken car that should have been totaled to begin with, and the new damage seems to have come from your shop. Both situations are unsatisfactory. I've already stated that to George at All Car. I'm awaiting next steps per USAA's direction.
