I was not completely satisfied with the lag time between when I dropped the car off and when it was first evaluated 2 ****/2 days later. I spoke with a rep up front and intentionally scheduled it on a Monday morning to give the shop a full week to repair it. This is our family car and we had to have it the following weekend for a trip. I was completely satisfied with the resolution and customer service by Chad who after reminding him of our family needs had it ready by end of day Friday in time for the weekend. He was excellent at handling the issue and communications.
