I have used Collision Master twice for my vehicle repair needs and both times I have been highly impressed with their quality of work, pleasant customer service and updates during servicing, and their pursuit of excellence. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done to their vehicle.

My 2015 Jetta was brought in on a Tuesday morning and I was able to pick it up 100% fixed on the following Wednesday afternoon. They also cleaned up the interior and washed it which I really appreciated. Collision masters has a friendly staff who clearly care about their customers. Two thumbs up!

I was completely dissatisfied with my experience. I was promised to have the car back on Thursday, April 16. We dropped the car off on Thursday, April 9th. Rather than the company provide us updates, we had to continually call to pry the status. On the 16th, we were told it would be ready Friday morning. By Friday afternoon, I once again had to call and pry a status from you. Tiffany the. Informed us that work on the car didn't even begin until that Thursday and that the car wouldn't be ready until Monday, April 21. Then, we I received the car Monday afternoon, not once was Tiffany apologetic or thankful for our business. The repair is shotty and the bumper is already coming off. If I wasn't already delayed in shipping the vehicle, I would have returned it back for repairs.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
