The first time, someone backed up in traffic into my drivers side door while I legally crossed the intersection behind their car. No hint of the damage afterwards. The nearby rental car agency sends an agent to take you to get a rental car straight from the collision shop. The second time, someone put a downward gouge in my rear tire driver's side tire panel with a shovel or a ladder. Again, damage gone, great customer service. I'm very happy with the work done, the people, and their attitudes toward their customers. The prices are fair. The estimates are clear. The labor is relatively transparent.
