I was so thrilled.....the men at the shop were very patient and kind....above and beyond the call of duty....I wish I had gotten their names....My truck was ready on time and the work was flawless. In fact, they also cleaned it up and showed me everything that was done and then some....I hope I NEVER get rear ended again, but if so, I see why USAA recommends Ralph Perez. Thank you so much!!!!!
