The whole experience was great. From the moment I dropped the car off I knew I would get the best service and repair. The insurance estimate was modified without a problem. Manny found that repairs done in a 3 year old previous repair job on the bumper were done incorrectly and affected the current repair job. Manny worked with my insurance company to include those repairs and did not delay the time toward completion. The car was promised in 8 days and was delivered in under 5 days. The work was professional and complete and done very well.
