Everyone at Mayfield was responsive and helpful at every step of the process. Jenna always let me know the progress and Bob explained what was being done and why (as well as helped me install my children's car seats into my rental - which was awesome). They both were also very accommodating with respect to extras I requested (new tires and an oil change) and my schedule by meeting me when I was available and helping me check out in record speed when the car was ready.

You put my car back together even though there was rust that appears to me from a photo Jenna sent to show a hole in the metal in my trunk. Jenna didn't tell me about that problem, and we miscommunicated with emails so that she had to resend the photo of the rust at the end of the day and I didn't see it until I came home with my car. Since I plan to keep the car 6 or more years from now, your fix to sand the rust, "seal" the seam and paint it is not permanent enough for my standards. I can't have a rust hole propogating in the trunk.
