It started off slow with a missed commitment date, when we called they didn't know who we were and everyone was out to lunch. They didn't call back and then there were unexpected charges for the end caps. The service center knew we were dissappionted but we accepted the additional 100 charge. What made the difference is the technicians made an extra effort to remove and replace the originals and we didn't have to pay the additional cost. Thanks for caring ????
