The car was not completed when promised. When I scheduled the appointment I told them that I needed to coordinate for inspection with my local mechanic. Collision care said that they would do it for me. They did not. By time I received the car it was too late for the inspection. This has caused me to make multiple trips to my son's school in Bethlehem to juggle cars. In addition, it appears that the car was not protected from the rain when disassembled. The back storage are was flooded and the carpeting was soaked.

I have dealt with Collision Care twice now, and would again (hopefully I won't have to).
Negatives:
****. It is difficult to get a accurate (realistic) completion date through the entire repair cycle.
2. "Canned" e-mails reporting status of repairs are vague and occasionally frustrating.
