P&D Body Shop showed great concern for making sure I was knowledgeable about the timeline of repairs and provided exceptional customer service throughout the time they had my vehicle. Making sure I was aware of timeline changes, repair updates and confirming I had all answers questioned along the way. I even had a concern with one of the repairs after I received my vehicle back and the owner graciously and quickly came out to my vehicle to ensure the repair had been made properly. It ended up being fine but I found his eagerness and willingness to help superb customer service and completely satisfactory. Thank you for helping ease my mind through a tough transition.
