Your staff, by far, are the most friendly and helpful people to your customers. That being said, your crew of workers are exceptional. Not only are they extremely professional in their work, but communicated explicitly with me on the work they were to do. I was completely satisfied until my car was promised on 6/29 after not being ready on the promised 6/28, and no one called! I also had to call on 6/28 to find out that my car was not ready yet. Before that I had received almost daily texts, then nothing. My car looked great when I did get it today though. Your staff was friendly and professional, and I felt like I was in good hands. I will still recommend your business, just would be better to continue to communicate with the customer, even if the news is "not ready yet" ????

Customer service was outstanding! I do have a few issues.
****-Rear brake lights were left unplugged from the harness and I was pulled over. I noticed the pigtails were dangling after another walk around.
2-Door Handle and Mirror on damaged side were not painted.
3-Door to fender and fender to hood gaps are not aligned.
4-Brakes require pumping to stop as they should.
5-Drivers side has numerous new deep scratches.
6-Engine and engine compartment covered in dust from apparent sanding/body work without being covered. Recently put $6k in engine.
