I think the process and the time that we get the appointment to quote takes too much time, will be better avoid this process, your team have enough experience to give a quick quote with out appointment, and they should improve this , but the most important thing is that they do a wonderful job .I am happy what they did with my car . Also avoid that the employees eat near to repair cars, I found some chicken bones near the battery ????????
