This text service appears the be utterly disconnected from what is actually happening in the shop. Texts were misleading, and even frustratingly oblivious at times. The text told me I'd get a call if anything changed with our pick up time, and when I did not receive a call, I went to pick up the vehicle and it was not only not yet done, it was several days from completion. The person at the desk told me he "meant to call" but because he seemed to be disconnected from the text service, hadn't called by the pick up time. As if to pour salt in the wound, we received several texts that our car was done, after having gone to get it and it wasn't. I am satisfied with the actual repairs, but not with your service.
