The customer service team & technician team were outstanding. They were professional and knowledgeable of the questions at hand. First time for me not experiencing constantly calling checking on repairs status. Performance Auto Body Shop kept me up to date via email and phone...very impressive. The work completed was perfectly executed.

The bumper looked fine but the whole bumper wasn't replaced as stated. The scratch in the car was buffed and I can feel the ridges around the scratch they covered with a paint not the color of my car. But since it's black it really doesn't bother me as much. Service was rather quick and I hope that didn't result in the service. However they do have great staff who tries there best to help. I'm grateful but not completely satisfied.
