The car was not clean residue from work was all over the inside of the car which leaves a horrible smell the seat was dirty where someone sit with filty clothes. I was told that my car would be cleaned. I was not. I came in to check on my vehicle which was sitting in the shop with no rear window which allowed dust from the shop to enter andbwas not cleaned for pickup. I have to pay to have my car detail.

I thought the folks at Bonner were of outstanding character, especially Jonathan. However, due to no fault of their own, there was a mis-step that delayed the delivery of my car for amost 2 weeks. Then when it was delivered, the one issue was still not correct. They are doing everything right- in terms of making it right- but ultimately they were charged with the responsibility to do it the right way the first time. again, I could not ask for more in terms of their responsiveness and responsibility. I would work with them again, regardless of this mishap.
