The staff is very professional. Eddie explained everything thoroughly. Repairs were complete as he informed me. He also called to let me know the progress of the repairs. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle it was very clean and Eddie answered all my questions. They also followed up after my obtaining my vehicle back. I would recommend Atlanta Body for a job well done.

I noticed what appeared to be a flaw in the paint only to discover that the entire bumper had not been painted as the estimate included. Rob did the inspection/walk through with me and agreed it had not been completed. He offered to keep it and fix it or to have me bring it back the following week so that is what I plan to do now. I did appreciate his willingness to correct the problem and him apologizing for the mishap. He even offered to pay for a rental for me or to give me a ride to work. Other than this issue, I was happy with the customer service I received.
