I didn't have a repair experience. You said you would not fix it. We also found a note in the vehicle that was not very nice. Saying we would be a problem. So don't ask if you did a good job fixing it because you didn't. Don't bother calling unless you can get me a replacement.

There are small scratches that didn't exist before the repair. Additionally the lock of the trunk makes noise when I open the trunk. Lastly the wiper blade on the rear window is completely peeled off. I addressed those concerns about two weeks ago and they said they would check with Geico and contact me. I have not heard from them yet.

The paint work is stupendous. Despite attempting to clean the car, it came back quite dusty/dirty inside, and the cleaner used on the center console and gauge cluster left greasy residue. Still, I can clean and scrub, it's the body work that I can't do. Very happy with the work done on my vehicle.

Good color match on second try; satisfied with that. I personally will add color to fuel door edges that had no color. Clear coat overspray inside fuel door that I’ll live because of inattention to detail. Shop dust footprints inside were not cleaned; same complaint as the first time (I clean my messes, but really don’t like cleaning others’). DO NOT re-contact; I’m not coming back, and don’t want the bother of a call. I’m one of those who figures, “if you can’t do it right the first time - where are you going to find the time to do it over?” - well, I don’t like it when tat time and inconvenience is mine.
