Hey, my hats off to you guys. Everything looks great, good detailing, plus a new battery as the one in the car got discharged multiple times. Completely understand that Ed Voyles made it right. I noticed large smudges on the plastic piece under the rear bumper that will need some type of remover to take off. I'll try to remove it myself as I picked it up late in the day and we needed to leave. 98% satisfied and will bring future body repairs back to your facility.

We are so pleased with the repair on our Grand Cherokee Overland. The car actually is better looking than the first day we had it. It is spotless and the repair put the car back to its original state with a beautiful new bumper and beautiful paint job. The customer service was 10. Jason took care of everything from appointments to calling the rental car company to pick me up at the dealership. The same true on the pickup of our car. Jason took care of returning the rental car. Jason did a great job of explaining the estimate cost of repairing the car and went over the car on our pickup to be sure we were pleased.
