I would say communication could be greatly improved. I dropped my car off and heard nothing until I called in several days later. I had to call several times to get an eta. When the receptionist (?) would answer the phone she was extremely unprofessional and unskilled. As though she did not understand her role - to take down my name and info and get me to the right person - but also to relay my name and info to them so I didn’t have to repeat myself. I was given several different ETAs - but would only find those had fallen through when I called in. These are all tasks the receptionist or assistant could be completing.

2. Answering calls appropriately and relaying info so customer doesn’t have to repeat
3. Updating customers with any new info or revised completion dates etc.
