Regarding the recent repair of our MB ML350, we would give you the very highest marks! Everyone was extremely courteous and polite. Messages on the repair status we frequent. The vehicle looked great and was delivered all washed and shiny. Because of a schedule conflict at our end I request the vehicle be ready a day earlier than promised, if possible. Francisco’s accommodated my request. And as one other small item, I mentioned that my left rear tire was a little low. That was taken care of, as well. Of course, from this positive review, we would recommend Francisco’s to anyone.
