If we have to use your service again, please give us an accurate estimate of the time frame. It took twice the time estimated for the repair which was frustrating. I would rather have an overestimated time and get it done early than been told 5 days and have it take 10.

During the last week of repair, it would have been nice to get more of an update on the completion. I received a call at 5:01 PM on a Friday indicating that my vehicle was ready which was not enough time to turn in my rental so I had to go the entire weekend without my vehicle. Other than that, the quality of the work is fine, my vehicle looks great.
