Gas tank was not connected. Had to send service tech to my home in the dark. Over spray on the unaffected side. Tailgate lumpy. Can feel dent still. I cant just take. The repairs on my Tesla Model S took the better part of two months to complete. I understand the challenge of obtaining parts from Tesla and was advised of the potential for extended repair times when my car was first brought to the repair shop. A delay in ordering the required parts of 10 days started this repair off on the wrong foot and certainly added additional time to this repair. As my insurance company only covered the first 30 days of rental car coverage this initial failure to evaluate the scope of work has resulted in a larger than expected rental car bill. The lack of regular communication only added to the frustration as my Service Advisor changed during this time as well. At the end of this job my final Advisor, Tom was more reponsive and able to finally complete the work. The completed repairs have exceeded my initial expectations and look very good. I’m happy to say my Model S looks good as new. Tom assured me that my request for partial reimbursement of my rental car charges equivalent to the first 10 days of charges has been requested. I hope this is true and look forward to hearing back regarding the reimbursement soon. Thank you.

We were supposed to pick up our vehicle one day but when the guy handling our claim went to check on van to bring it to me, upon his inspection he found something he didn't like so he came and explained to me he found a defect that he wasn't happy with and asked if I would mind if they kept the van one more day cause if he wasn't happy with it then he knew we wouldn't be happy we picked our van up the next day and I couldn't even tell it had been wrecked at all thanks service king staff.
