We picked up the car that supposedly had been completed, only to find out our blind spot detection system was not fixed. That was included in the paperwork that we signed when we dropped off the car. Also, on the same paper work we sign a waiver letting Whitlock drive the car for testing/repair travel purposes. Why wasn’t this, which clearly shows up as a message on the dashboard word per word, noticed during that test drive? Was it not test driven like we had expected would happen after signing that paper work? We are going to be going back only because the woman who hit our car has her insurance through Bear River, and they have some type of arrangement with you. The body work looks great, but we’re really disappointed with an unfilulfilled promise.

I had planned on getting the car back on Friday and so was quite disappointed when I was told they had done unauthorized work and that was the reason it was going to be late. My complaint was heard though, and they made special arrangements to get the car back to me.
I was confused that my battery had died and wonder if lights were left on at some point during the repair. The battery is less than a year old.
