Andy Meyers was very helpful. He communicated with me at least once a week, sometimes more. When he gave me a date of when my vehicle would be ready it was, which I appreciated very much. My insurance company was not helpful in any way, but Andy was. The girls at the front desk were also very pleasant and professional.

My car was given back to me with mud/paint footprints on my floormat, dead pedal, as well as my gas and break pedals. Upon pointing this out to the attendant, he passively asked if I wanted it cleaned. After seeing me getting upset, he then took my car back for cleaning. When I got home and started placing my belongings back in the car, I noticed large bread crumbs throughout my car, like someone had been eating in my car. I had just gotten my car detailed pricier to my accident/repair so I know it was not residue from anything I had eaten. I was satisfied with the repair, but dissatisfied with the condition in which my car we given back to me.

I have to admit, I felt like a VIP with every aspect of the service. The work looks excellent, and I came in and got a really nice loaner car quickly due to the one-stop convenience. On top of all that, there were no nickle and dime extra charges. The people were really helpful and friendly. I appreciate that.
