Statesville collision show respect and gave me a idea about how much it cost to fix my car.I am aware that it may take time.But I did no how Expenses adding up labor,than I came out of pocket than I felt concern I stop by the shop to see what was being done so fare with my car.wrong parts,I feel to make a living can be hard at times.But more money and more money out on the customer I feel it's not right.needs to improve on cost for repairs and got it right.But in all the car was fixed and the front desk was nice to me.I gave her my Deductible she gave me the keys and copys.and with a smile and said enjoy your day Mr REED.That says alot.

I was impressed with how quickly my emails were answered, and that I was kept updated. One little thing though,I tried to clean my windshield tonight, no wiper fluid. It obviously needed filling since it was busted and replaced.. It's a little thing but someone else may make the answer to that question a no for that.
