The staff at Sam's Auto body shop (Erie Blvd.) were extremely pleasant and understanding. The mechanics were very knowlegable and well trained with the mechanic work that was needed on my vehicle. The turnaround time was quick and they stayed on track with completing the work, while ensuring they provided quality service.
