Even though my repair job was a bit complex due to multiple claims, the team took extra care and helped save me money. They were extremely kind and very welcoming. The customer service was horrible. The first sign of trouble was when one of the reps from woods automotive called me saying I had a light out on the car and they were not going to fix it because it was not damaged do to the accident. Yet the shop had to replace the front bumper and radiator along with other items under the hood that showed zero signs of damage. There's much more to this story! The fact that I had to demand the shop to fix a 3 light bulb was ridiculous. Then they kept my car over the weekend to made the fix. They didn't replace the front driver side head light housing unit. It's still scratch all up, viable to the naked eye. Clearly, the scratches on the housing unit are consistent with the impact marks on the front bumper. I have much more to say but it's too much to continue to text.

After I left I noticed some issues with my truck. Also there was a part that was not installed on my center console, when that part was put on there were some items removed in order to install but did not get put back. My prescription glasses are now missing. I am satisfied with the willingness to make things right though.

When I came back to get my car, I decided to look underneath since the frame rail was a part of the repairs and it was not repaired properly. If it weren't from the evidence of it being heated, I'd question if it were repaired at all.
