The detailers did not pick up their mess and papers. They left piles of paperwork (checklists, work guides, etc.) in the backseat of my car. Additionally, my car manual was in the backseat of my car. It should've been returned to the glove compartment. There are also suction cup marks on the window, which was discovered after I got home when the sun came out. The car was also muddy in some areas. Northside Collision in Liverpool did a previous repair and did an outstanding job on the detailing. My car looked like it was brand new. The Baldwinsville detailing did not come close to Liverpool's work. I realize detailing is to clean up the work from the car repairs, however, your paperwork should've been tossed and my car manual should've been returned to where it was taken from.

It would be appreciated more I think if you could call earlier in the day on the day of pickup to confirm that the car is going to be ready. It can be very vexing to hang around all day not knowing for sure if you are going to have your car back. or have to be available at the last minute of the day to get there to pick it up. Other than that everything was fine.
